Pandemonium(Delirium, #2) and Requiem(Delirium, #3) Review

Hey Guys!

Today I have a review on the two last books in the Delirium trilogy. Sometime last month, I did a review on Delirium and said that I absolutely loved it and how amazing it was, so here are my reviews on the other two books.

(Copied from GoodReads)

Pandemonium(Delirium, #2)

Okay, so this book was pretty good. It's basically about Lena being reborn into this new and braver character, with her adjusting in the wilds and getting stronger each day, then she meets this boy, named Julian, and is locked up with him in a prison-type place for a long time, with only limited food and having to pee in a bucket. Honestly, when she meets Julian, I immediately think, she's gonna fall for him, and honestly, I didn't like that idea, her love with Alex was too strong, but as the book went on, I started to take more interest in Julian, and I started to like him, almost as much as Alex, which is crazy. But what sparked me the most was the ending, I'm not going to give any spoilers, but the book ended on such a cliffhanger that I felt like I had to read the third book immediately! So I did like the story, but I just felt like there could have been more in it, I LOVED Delrium, so I felt like this book was not exactly a let-down, but I think that it could have been better, story wise.

Requiem(Delirium, #3)

This book is really good book, I did really like it. So this is after the end of Pandemonium, when Alex has arrived. He's joined with the rest of the people from the wilds. He seems really cold and mad at Lena, which he should be, he's come to see her and she's moved on with another guy. But the way he feels about Lena just seems so different in this book. In this book, regulators are everywhere, no one in the wilds is safe, anybody could be caught and thrown into the Crypts. To be honest, what annoyed me about this book so much was the resistance, all they talk about in this book is the resistance, it just got so boring at times, I was honestly hoping for more romance in this book, considering there were not one, but two guys in this book. Also I didn't like that if Alex was rude to Lena, she would go run off into Julian's arms. Also, the ending, was what I had wanted it to be, so I was pretty happy by the end of this book. I did have some doubts, but I did like it more than Pandemonium.

September NEWS!

Hey Guys!

Happy September! It's great to be talking to you guys again after a bit. Okay, so this year is zooming by like anything, it's already September! We can't believe that Christmas is in less than 4 months! Now, enough about our excitement, lets get into the news.

So, this month is not as busy as some months but is still busy, we are still on the shoot of our 3rd movie of NeishYaRaEha, and it's really fun, honestly we're not too sure about when this movie will be releasing, but we are positive it will be around late January, or early February next year! And surely you would have heard about the delay of the release of our short film NeishYaRaEha: Trip To Bollywood! It was supposed to be released in late July, but it was postphoned to around the middle of August, and that was due to editing difficulties, in case you were wondering.

The awesome thing is, that Myra and Priya's birthdays are this month! Myra's birthday is on the 12th and Priya's is on the 19th! Pretty awesome aye? We're all excited about celebrating their birthdays, all of us, together!

So that was our schedule for the month,

Book Review: Delirium by Lauren Oliver

Hey guys!

So today, I'm going to be doing a review on a book that I had read quiet a while ago, it's Delirium by Lauren Oliver!

So, basically this book is about a girl named Lena, and she lives in a dystopian society, where they think that love is a disease, so all the symptoms of falling in love or anything like that is considered of you having this disease. The disease is called deliria. So basically you can't love anyone, a person of the opposite sex, your parents, your family, your friends, anyone. So when you turn 18, there is a surgery to cure you from love and that you can't feel any kind of love. It's a very different story to what I have ever read. They also have these rebels that are against the disease, they think that love should be allowed and should be encouraged in the world and they live out of the actual city, which they call the Wilds. So Lena is a normal girl, living her life, until a boy comes in  to her life, Alex, and eventually after a while, she falls in love with him.

This book is very addictive and is such an amazing book, that you can't put it down, and usually for me, it's quite easy to put a book down, but not for this. The concept and everything was so interesting that I wanted more! So I definetly recommend this book, if you love dystopian type of book, then you need to go get this book right now!

And I am currently 40 pages into the sequel, Pandemonium.

Love from,
Myra <3
